Terms and Conditions for Pelvic Physio (Trading Name of The Village Physiotherapy Practice LTD)

1. Private Medical Insurance

Pelvic Physio does not directly accept payments through Private Health Insurance. Patients who hold private medical insurance may be eligible for reimbursement for their physiotherapy treatments, subject to the terms of their individual insurance plans. It is the patient’s responsibility to:

• Check with their insurance provider to confirm whether physiotherapy services are covered.
• Obtain any necessary authorisation from their insurance provider prior to receiving treatment.
• Pay for their treatment upfront.
• Claim any eligible reimbursements directly from their insurance company.

Pelvic Physio is not responsible for liaising with insurance companies or for the outcome of any reimbursement claims.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

To ensure efficient operation and availability of our services to all clients, Pelvic Physio has implemented the following cancellation and rescheduling policy:

• Late Changes or Cancellations: If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours of the appointment time will incur a charge equivalent to 50% of the appointment fee.
• Non-Attendance: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without any prior notification will result in a charge equivalent to the full appointment fee.

This policy helps us manage our appointment schedule and reduces the occurrence of unattended appointments, ensuring that all clients have equal access to our services.

3. Agreement to Terms

By booking an appointment at Pelvic Physio, you agree to these terms and conditions. It is your responsibility to understand and comply with this agreement.
